Top-Hand Team Class

Limited to first 200 registered teams!

$75,000 First Place Prize!   Pays 20 Places!

This class will be the MAIN EVENT!  The class is a Pro-Am-Novice format and requires at least 1 Novice (#1 or #2 Rated Competitor) and no more than 1 Pro (#5 or higher rated rider) on each team .  The total team rating must not exceed 11. 

The class results will be based on a 5 go average.  Teams must pen cattle to have the opportunity to advance to subsequent go-rounds.  Criteria to advance:

• First Go - 200 Teams
• Second Go - Top 50% from first go. (Reverse Order)
• Third Go - Top 20 in the average from Second Go. (Reverse Order)
• Fourth Go - Top 10 in the average from the Third Go. (Order of go by Random Draw)
• Short Go - Top 5 Teams in the combined average.  (Order of go by Random Draw)

Team Pay/Awards Schedule(based on 200 teams):

• First Place Pays $75,000usd plus Custom Trophy Saddles
• Second Place Pays $25,000usd plus Custom Trophy Buckles
• Third Place Pays $16,000usd plus Custom Pasture Blankets
• Fourth Place Pays $8,000usd
• Fifth Place Pays $6,000usd
• 6th - 10th Places Pay $2,000usd
• 11th - 20th Places Pay $1,000usd

Entry Information:

Teams must change 1 rider on each team.  Competitors may enter up to 5 teams.  Entry fee per rider is $334usd.
